About TEK Enterprises
Company History
TEK Enterprises LLC was formed in 2015 by Todd E. Klepper, hence the company initials TEK, and Edward J. McGimsey. At the time, the company was in the transportation business with 1 truck in operation. In 2018 the company incorporated with plans to add additional trucks and drivers.
In 2021, Todd was diagnosed with stage 4 stomach cancer and sadly passed away. Ed McGimsey assumed full ownership of the company and changed the companies primary focus to the real estate industry and began operating TEK Inspections, a home inspection business. In 2023, handyman services were added to the companies list of services.
The company is now progressing into real estate investing and rehab of distressed properties.
